NO, it is not allowed to remove the battery for charging or transporting. Only the Sublue authorized technicians can remove the battery.

The screen will display error codes when there is a problem with ALTIVS. Please contact your dealer or ALTIVS headquarters directly if you encounter this situation.

①Please clean ALTIVS with freshwater after use. Place it nose down tilt upwards, and then place the freshwater house in rear outlets and flush out debris for at least 2mins. ②Do not use abrasives, alcohol-based or acid-based cleaning products to clean ALTIVS, use freshwater with a little detergent or car wash solution with a soft damp cloth.

If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, please store it in accordance with the following principles: ①Use the original ALTIVS packaging supplied with the unit to store ALTIVS when not in use. Ensure the drainage plug has been removed from the base of the packing box. Ensure ALTIVS is thoroughly drained and allow to dry thoroughly before transporting or putting into storage. ②For long-term storage, recharge the batteries regularly. ③For ambient storage temperatures under 25℃, charge once every 3 months, for ambient storage temperature over 25℃, charge once every 2 months. ④Do not leave ALTIVS in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.The surface temperature of the ALTIVS bodywork may cause burns in hot environments. Sustained heat may also shorten the life of your battery or cause them to malfunction. Please store in a shaded area and use the reflective cover when shade is not available.

ALTIVS' lithium ion battery contain flammable, toxic and corrosive materials.In case of misuse or inadequate care they are liable to combust or explode causing injury or risk to property. Please follow the following guidelines carefully. ①Do not remove battery from ALTIVS units. Only ALTIVS trained and authorized technicians should disassemble or disconnect battery from the ALTIVS. ②If the aluminum casing for the battery shows signs of deformation, dents, corrosion or cracks, or if battery is emitting strange odour or noise do not use the ALTIVS unit. ③For more information on battery itself, safety and care with Li-ion technology, please visit your nearest ALTIVS service centre or contact ALTIVS HQ.
